Our Vision

In 2006, Ari Warshawsky saw an unmet need. The mainstream service and support industry had become commoditized, with limited attention to individual needs and preferences. At the high end, elite quality and customized service carried a hefty price tag. There was nothing in between–no service that offered a reliable, high level of attentive service at a more affordable cost.

With that in mind, Ari set out to redefine the way services and support are delivered. He saw that by combining personalization with accessible luxury, he could offer clients a higher level of service and support­–and most importantly, a superior experience. To accomplish this, GS New York was formed.

Today, GS New York provides a suite of chauffeur, personal assistant, travel management and related services for discriminating clients who appreciate consistent quality, availability and excellence, with access to customized services as needed.

What is GS New York?

GS New York is a uniquely personalized lifestyle management company that specializes in Personal Concierge services. Think of us as your remote support team. Our most requested services include chauffeuring, personal asssistance and travel management. In every case, we strive to build unique relationships based on our clients' specific needs and preferences.

Is GS New York a car service?

No, not in the traditional sense. What differentiates us is that we see the car as a means for creating experiences and building relationships with our clients. The destination is always important, but helping you prioritize your time is our first concern. We can do anything a car service can do, but with GS New York, you get a Personal Concierge behind the wheel. Think of it as not just booking a ride, but getting our time and assistance as well.

How long has GS New York been around?

GS New York has been serving clients since 2006.

What are your hours of operation?

We can serve you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Our office is open daily from 8 a.m. to midnight. You can reach GS New York by phone at (212) 579-1432 or by email at confirm@gsnewyork.com. If you don't reach us immediately, just leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can we call to schedule a Personal Concierge for immediate service?

Each client service is typically scheduled in advance so we can pair you with the best available GS New York Personal Concierge. We do our utmost to accommodate all client requests. However, the more last-minute your request, the more difficult it is for us to guarantee availability. Ideally, we ask for at least one day's notice to schedule service appointments. But if something comes up and you do have a last-minute request, let us know and we will do our best to make it happen.

How do you select and train your Personal Concierges?

This is our secret sauce! We look for personable and adaptable individuals. Our employees come from a variety of backgrounds and skill sets. Each new Personal Concierge goes through an extensive training process encompassing routing, safety, client experience management and protocols that must be successfully completed. They also receive situational training for the most common requests, as well as specific support training based on their interests and skill sets. Our training and skill-matching program lets us identify and assign the person who can best meet your needs. In every case, our staff always has access to our office team for any need that might require more extensive support.

How does your pricing work? Do you have minimum time requirements?

GS New York pricing is based on an hourly rate for the type of service you request, with no time minimum. Pricing by the job or at a flat rate is also available for any request; just ask, and we will consult with you to develop a quote for a specific scope of work. Specific rates and estimates can be discussed by calling our reservation office at (212) 579-1432 or emailing us at confirm@gsnewyork.com.

What vehicles do you have in your fleet?

We have a variety of luxury sedans and SUVs. Currently, our fleet comprises Mercedes GL SUVs, BMW 7 Series sedans and a Lexus Hybrid.

How do we communicate with our Personal Concierge?

Your GS New York Personal Concierge will communicate directly with you via cell phone. We are happy to communicate by voice call or text as you prefer.

Can GS New York take me to the airport?

Of course! Simply provide us with your flight details. We'll recommend a pick-up time and type of vehicle for your party, and schedule your ride promptly. If you're still making plans, don't forget – we can book your trip as well.

Can GS New York take me to a destination outside of New York City?

While we are New York-based, we'll go wherever you need us. Depending on the circumstances, we can accommodate anything from one-day trips to longer-term requests.

What types of clients does GS New York normally work with?

Our client roster is broad and varied. We have strong ties to the arts and entertainment community, so historically, much of our work has been in that realm. We proudly serve the Broadway community, television and film production, public relations, real estate, CEOs and politicians—in short, anyone who truly values their time. There's no need to be a wheeler-dealer, though. At GS New York, we work with a wide array of individual clients, too. We'd be happy to assist with your business and personal needs.

Do I need a membership to use GS New York services?

Of course not! While we encourage membership for our regular clients, we're happy to work with you on an as-needed basis. Members do enjoy a number of benefits and extra services, along with higher priority when booking reservations. Once you commit to a GS New York membership, we conduct a Needs Assessment to understand your specific requirements. This lets us tailor your experience so we can provide the most personalized, seamless service for every request you make.
